    ok now you are legit gaslighting. Why are you being so WEIRD over this??????? It did give 300 toughness both in game effect and on tooltip these past 5 months, multiple warrior mains i've talked to who actually play the game have said the same thing. I saw it with my own eyes LAST WEEK. Anyway, I'm just not going to respond to you anymore, gaslighting is toxic, and i dont know why you are acting like that, its honestly just weird.

    And @Sailorz.5426... I've been playing warr since beta. You're the one that's incapable of reading. Every class that gets trait reworked gets full desc of a new ver of trait upon release. So if something stays on reworked trait it is mentioned. And btw the trait is broken so I don't even know why u're doing this post in the first place.

    ok we know it got reworked, we all know. just because you didn't notice there was 300 toughness still tied to the trait 5 months after the rework, both in the in-game tooltip and with the effect of the ability doesn't mean no one else did. The players who cared enough to read and learn the abilities and traits of their class are going to notice when 300 toughness goes missing unexpectedly without any patch note to speak of. I'm really sorry we came asking about it, and you find the need to defend whatever it is you are trying to defend. 

    But some players would like changes to their classes to be documented in the patch notes at the very least.

    it wasn't stealth nerfed it was reworked. 300 toughness was part of eternal champion. Patch is from feb 14 2023

    no you don't get it, and you obviously don't play warrior either coz you'd know regardless of the rework it STILL gave 300 toughness for the last 5 months until just this week when they gave NO indication they were taking it away.  No report of the nerf in the berserker section and no bug fix report in the bug section. You are truly the one who doesn't get it, OR you are trying to gaslight either way, you are in the wrong.

    yes I did it around last week or so, I wanted to see how high the defense stat was with shield and the toughness trait. I very vividly remember see'ing the toughess added in the character panel stat sheet

It doesn’t say it removed +300 toughness or that the text was removed. So either the change happened with the rework a long time ago but still showed the text, or the +300 toughness actually remained until the last patch and was stealth nerfed since it wasn’t mentioned in the notes. 
    Either way it’s the same result but they should be careful because a lot of people (myself included) thought that we still got +300 toughness for months and months. Nbd though

    well, it did actually give that toughness, i mean unless the 300 more toughness i had on my stat sheet in berserk was actually not doing anything.

    I mean you won't link me the notes where they say they changed it because there aren't any. They replaced the trait 'ENTIRELY' on February 14th. 5 MONTHS AGO. And for 5 months they kept the IN GAME tooltip with 300 toughness AND IT DID GIVE THAT TOUGHNESS, and you think it doesn't deserve a patch note maybe in the BUG section PERHAPS?

    Like all I want is for the game and the development team to be consistent at least. This literally stinks like a dev slipped this in without telling anyone because the patch notes don't mention this ANYWHERE.

    no, you did gain the 300 toughness, you could literally see it in the character panel.

    no it wasn't, it was on eternal champion where it had been originally before the trait got reworked. the trait got reworked and the tooltip kept the toughness, along with ACTUALLY getting the toughness along with it

    we get that, but our point is that it did have +300 toughness with the new effect for a pretty long time, and it DID actually give that toughness until it just didn't sometime during one of the patches. There was no patch note on this nerf or 'bug' fix either. Would be nice if the devs could comment if this is intentional or not.

    Anyhow, i don't agree with your point. Yes the nerf to Druid pets was very unfortunate choice  and is not a very well thought trade off  to have implemented. 

    That does not mean the tradeoff concept is bad per se. It is simply very badly implemented in most cases by doing nothing like the heat mechanic for holo to totally destroying the elite like the one dodge thing for mirage.

    But I am sure the concept could be used as means to avoid powercreep the core classes.  

     

     

     

     

    they did lose weapon swap, you basically sit in gunblade the entire time because the design is borked anyway, having only 1 actual weapon set is losing weapon swap, you wouldnt say engi can swap weapons because it has kits would you or that holo engi can swap weapons. "Zenitsu Agatsuma elite" i have no idea what this is., or what an ultimate form is either

  11. berserker - no burst ability outside of berserk, and berserk is on a gnarly cooldown


    chrono - back before they reverted the change of requiring a clone to shatter (yeah its still pretty bad but they always took away the massive invul mes needs to live anyway)


    druid - massive hp nerfs on pets in the balance overhaul making pets near 1 shottable. you could argue its still good but it just goes to show how broken trapper rune is but whatever.


    scourge - yeah its still strong but since its been balanced it is no where near as close to meta as any other necro spec has ever been (its in the meta a lot)

     

     

    the only spec im familiar in the new expansion is bladesworn. they lose both weapon swap and the core burst and i guarantee you bladesworn will be useless once the dust settles just like in the beta.
    so if they took away your core mechanic, made it weaker, less interactions with traits, less involved, etc. Say good bye to having your new espec in the meta ever.

     

    I'm aware there are specs where their core mechanic isn't nerfed but aren't in the meta but doing this is just a sure-fire way to make sure the spec is never viable in a balanced state.

    I've been teaching my friend with it and it's relatively viable even in ranked and is probably the only warrior build that can reliably kill and handle D/P thieves.

     

    It's really tanky so you can start learning the animations and what other classes do rather than getting 100-0'd before you know what happened. "For Great Justice" is your heal rather than the actually ability in the heal slot. It's also a relatively passive build. 

    You want to make sure you are using your longbow burst ability to keep up adrenal health (second minor trait in defense). 

    Doing damage is the hardest part you basically win 1v1's attrition, just by living so long the enemy will run out of ways to cleanse your conditions. Your damage comes from conditions, to kill someone relatively quick with this build you need to learn how to combo your big condition stack abilities (sw/sw burst and 3,4,5) and (lb 2, 5). It's got good mobility with sword 2, good warrior  builds always want to have decent mobility. It's weakish in teamfights but your condis will help especially longbow burst and you provide decent team healing, in general this is like a introductory side noder build than a teamfighter but it's still good enough in any category to just go where you think you should at any given time.

    and its not that minor, basically 2 diff maps per team, one gets x2 the snowball potentional the other gets.... a rez?

    compare the effectiveness of a roamer/high dmg with sword and a bunker with shield.

    And thats what shield is, best on a bunker, and bunkers dont rotate off point if they can help it.

    if anything shield needs a buff
