Same issue now, tried on and off for the past 5 hours or so, thinking it was a temporary down. Restarted computer and modem, disabled firewall on computer and modem, cleared cache. Called bank, confirmed no transactions going through, had them sit on the phone when I tried again. Nothing. TAKE MY MONEY!

In the video, I made, it shows we got the chest before 15 people crossed. So, you don't always need 15 people to cross to get the chest. Sometimes you get the chest when all 15 crosses and sometimes you don't. Sometimes you get it before 15 people cross, while others times you don't.A few things come to mind as a possible issue: Not all my members are on the same server (Shouldn't be an issue with the current changes to Guilds?)I did a majority of our clears (>.> like half of the required)We did meet the minimum suggestedEveryone got 1 completion, some people did a mix of transformation and escort. I myself did 100% transformation.

We had the same issue about a month ago as well. Ticket 6869787, I sent Screenshots of the issue and never got a response. It really deterred my smaller guild from doing any missions as we still don't have an answer as to why this happened or rewards for doing so.
