If I got old messages with attached rewards like for birthdays etc, could I receive them in a new character if I havent redeemed them?

If your implementing Difficulty Modes then change the rewards from the mobs and Bosses. Also dont do what Blizzard did and dont create a Raid Time Lock that lock us out from playing from 24hrs to a week. Its one of WoW Raid weakness. -
Just keep everything instead of changing the items every 4 days, for example there are costumes that we cant get or dyes,etc... Just rotate other categories.
