you could use this tool to post your build here. just choose your skills weapon armor etc, and when your finished click the get quick link button, and the bottom and post it hereand yes, the enemies in the expansion (and living world seasons) are harder than those in the core mapseven though they made a step back in the difficulty from HoT to PoF. -
As far as i'm aware, mounting is a kind of"transformation" (code-wise), that why it doesn't work with other transformations. Could be wrong on that though.

And if it works like a (combat)- tonic i already can see all the people complaining that they can't mount while being transformed.

At what time did you start the character you're doing the world completion on? To know that could help to find which points were added since then. -
Your mastery tracks of Pact Commander is at 3/5 and the one of Legendary Crafting at 1/4. Not sure if you already earned enough exp for the next mastery in both tracks, if not you should set one of it as active, if both are full you need more Mastery-Points to continue. As long as not all masteries are maxed the exp will just vanish if you have no active track your working on.
