Loading screen "improvements"

Mine are eternal now. I never load. I waited 10 minutes before having to force close the game. -
On PC here, I get stuck on any loading screen after logging in. I try to hit up ETB, and nothing happens, just an eternal loading screen. Had no problems yesterday, so something in latest patch has broken something.
