It's time for Shared Gathering Tools Slots

If gathering slots become shared then Anet should give a refund for each extra one you turn in but you keep the skin. Say they give you 500 gems back for each which you can use to buy MORE tool skins (or anything else). They could drop the other skins' cost to 500 gems each and then people will fashion wars even more. They can sell glyphs separately if they must. -
Just here to bump this. It's annoying AF having to either refrain from using elementals or not use mounts since the latter deletes the elementals.
