Open Letter to ArenaNet regarding Server Latency

On reset tonight, guild and i (maybe 10-12 of us) were standing in a camp while across the map there was our server fighting another and we had 10secs skill lag. Wish anet would address this and fix wvw more so then just "we are planning something for the near future". WvW is one of the least maintained things in gws and it seems like Anet doesnt even care about it. -
I have noticed that I have to re-equip aurora multiple times to get the effects to show since the last patch. It's frustrating that if you want to see the effects, you now have to take it off and re-equip it. Anyone else dealing with this? Please look into this and fix it!

Rebound Skyscale Dodge Not Working?

guild member cant use it. tried swapping keybinds and had him relog. he can use his binds on other mounts but can only use the dodge on skyscale if he clicks the health bar. -
clicking it every 5mins while running around last night in WvW sucked so badly! Would love this soooooooooooooooooooooo much to be a novelty! Pleaseeeeeeeee lol come on Anet give the people what they want ?

I dont think making it an infusion would suffice. Since you can only get it from the collection for Juggernaut. If they put it in the novelties it would make a lot of people happy instead of clicking it every 5mins or as someone else stated make the duration last longer. But i think a lot of people would rather have it in novelties
