  1. Overall, I do not think GW2 really has to worry about anything. My prediction is that ArenaNet likely does very little low level work themselves and largely has built the entire game based off the tools provided by Epic Games and Microsoft such as what libraries are offers in Microsoft Visual Studio and the Unreal Engine. Which really means its on Microsoft and Epic Games to bridge the gap between low level hardware and supported software functions. Which as a whole I bet Unreal Engine likely largely depends upon what Microsoft provides to them along with other operating systems for them to adapt the unreal engine to support various features. Therefore, if the Window 10 operating system can do a pretty good job of providing the same software interfaces for higher level applications like unreal engine and subsequently GW2 to run on then the change in low level technology will likely not affect the high level applications too much. One thing I do know is that if you look at the microsoft's site you'll find that the Window 10 IoT Enterprise which is the same as Windows 10 Enterprise you see that it does not support ARM based processors. Microsoft's creation of GUIs can be done in a few ways such as WinForms and Windows Presentation Foundation which are only supported on that version of Windows 10. Windows 10 IoT Core is the only Windows 10 OS variant that is available for Arm processors and it cannot support these older forms of gui applications. Now, I do not know if Unreal Engine's greation of GUIs or possibly even ArenaNet's GUIs are done in WinForm or WPF, but its an example of where the full Windows OS experience is still not really ready for ARM processors quite yet. Though I expect it might be in future and if that is the case and you can run these older software interfaces on ARM processors then there is really little I think ArenaNet has to do.
  2. Anyway, Chrono is limited to applying Alacrity to multiple people with only Tides of Time (4 sec @ 100% boon duration) and Well of Recall for (10 sec @ 100% boon duration). In order to apply quickness you have to take well of action and/or time warp. Wells apply duration at the very end of the move and with only a 360 radius. Personally, Signet of Inspiration is still too good of a utility for support not to take since +5 seconds to every allies boon duration is still useful. Especially since with high self alacrity generation on Chrono due to shatters and the fact you can have mimic and continuum shatter to reuse Signet of Inspiration to keep boons going. The thing that sucks is with boon sharing removed, but the ease at which Chrono could apply quickness AND alacrity got highly gutted as well. If you focus on just quickness generation its far easier due to you could run mimic/SoI/WellOfAction and Time Warp. You just completely remove any alacrity generation for allies and limit it pretty much just to yourself due to shatters. If you take well of recall and action you can... 3 clone continuum shatter for quickness/alacrity on yourself and have 6 seconds to burn skills. Thrown down well of action and recall. After the moves expire in 3 seconds you can signet of inspiration to apply 15 seconds total alacrity and quickness. After continuum split recall you can again well of action and recall with signet of inspiration application again for 15 more seconds of quickness and alacrity. So, that's 30 seconds of quickness/alacrity with Chrono alone applied. I wonder how that math works out in the end. It seems every 20 seconds you can apply 15 seconds of alarcity/quickness. So, I suppose the continuum split cooldown grants you a slight bonus pool of the stuff initially. Either way, the ease at which to apply all of that is long gone. Need people to stay in the well's AoE at the end in order to get it.
  3. Is this still affected by boon duration? EDIT:Based on another thread, it appears that it does not scale. So we can throw all that boon duration gear, rune, sigil, food, utility in the garbage can since it is worthless now.100% boon duration is still really the only way to go on chronomancer. Danger Time, Delayed Reactions, and Lost time are all pretty much driven off applying slow with really no way to apply it in large doses to multiple enemies repeatedly which makes it the lackluster path. Meanwhile, there is still a large amount of ways to make alacrity and swiftness work with clone creation & shatters and utility skills. Its like the only good way to maximize DPS for that elite spec. I am curious to see what the fall out is among those trying to make Chrono still work. As far as I can tell the combination of continuum, mimic, and high self-alarcrity means Chrono can still find a niche as the extender of the generators. Build some boon generators, then have the chrono help fill in duration when needed. I am not sure what more you can do beyond that other than tank.
  4. How the royal kitten do you get the Malevolent Memory out of its standing still phase in the middle of a giant AoE Damage field of death. The bloody Vortex Crystal keeps knocking me back all the time regardless of using the Shield Immunity, the Fragile trait, or combining them. It makes absolutely no sense to me what is the condition for getting the Vortex Crystal to accept the Fragile trait on you during this part. All other phases the damn Vortex never pushes me back constantly.
