Alternative Runes

For my condi scourge build in raids/fract i was wondering what is the best alternative to rune of nightmare?

I'd recommend Tormenting, but generally and just from a DPS pov any duration Rune set is viable, with Lich, Elementalist, etc.

Runes of the Lich are pretty good.  The Vitality helps with your life force management and the Jagged Horror actually does some okay damage on its own in full Vipers gear (minions do inherit your condition damage and expertise) as it's capable of maintaining 3 bleed stacks indefinitely and a 4th ~50% of the time.  It's also immune to most boss mechanics, so it's got very good uptime.
