Specter took the biggest hit (32k instant heal nuke on power build > 16k and you gotta wait a few seconds) and it'll probably get nerfed equally hard later because its healing is still ridiculous. Imagine healing 5 people for 1.6k per shadowstep while building up shadow force, dealing maybe 30k+ damage in shroud before hitting siphon again to top off force and drop out to instantly rez three of your team mates.
