No add-ons are officially supported in GW2, and if your account is negatively affected by one, support is just going to shrug at you and remind you that using them is always an 'at your own risk' thing. That said, the creator of WARP is in good standing with the RP community, the overlay has undergone testing for several years, and reception among people who have used it so far seems to be positive (in fact, so many people used it at release that it crashed from overload). The overlay is purported not to tamper with game files, and of course RP capabilities don't provide players with any unfair gameplay advantages, so in terms of risky add-ons, this is one of the "safer" ones.
