[suggestion] Necromantic Corruption change

Minion damage: 25% => Minion auto attack cooldown: -20%.
Example: blood fiend attacks every 3s. With trait on it'll attack every 2.4s.

This change is far more synergetic and gameplay defining than plain damage modifier:

1. Damage wise it stays the same - more hits over time  instead of harder ones.

2. Great synergy with Vampiric trait - more frequent attacks = more life stolen (not insane amounts though)

3. Blood fiend gets 25% healing over time boost on his auto attack - as we know necro's own healing power does not affect it.

4. Bone Fiend (if used smart) can fire off more projectile finisher of a combo field (may get 3 volleys out instead of 2).

PvP had to be about the only place where that build was an actual issue (because of nodes). In WvW you'd get brutally outkited in PvE it's fine. But now the minions are squishy enough to just murder them, and additionally taking them means sacrificing a lot of very impactful utility skills such as CPC, Spectra Ring or Spectral Armor. It's more of a l2p issue now than build being kitten.

Luckily in WvW, unless you are slower than the necro, which.. I mean congratulations, I did not know that was possible, you can just forever kite the minions + necro until he keels over and dies.
