Volkano.3941
So i went and used the strength fighter build on metabattle, but i get decimated by enemies in PoF and living world season 4 and beyond, while i can survive alot better with necro and thief. Anyone got tips for me? or another better open world build?
DanAlcedo.3281
Well... It was just nerfed so I don't know how good it still is but I used this: Spellbreaker Dagger/Dagger. Strength with Might maks right and Greatsword Trait. Arms. For Dual Wield. And Spellbreaker with Sun&Moon style. Add a Sigil of Strength (?) the one with Might on crit. Maybe Strength Runs. Auto Attacking is fast and generates lots of might for Might makes right. You also get Endurance for more dodging. Not the best build but it worked for its intented purposes. Easy Story/ Solo Openworld. Edited March 3, 2022 by DanAlcedo.3281
Lan Deathrider.5910
Str: Top/Mid/Mid Tact: Mid/Mid/Bot Spell: Any/Any/Bot GS + Axe/Axe. Sigil of strength in each set, sigil of battle in axe, and sigil of rage in GS. Mending, FGJ, Signet of Might, Frenzy, Signet of Rage. Run Marauder gear until you get the hang of the build, then use Berserker gear. Dead enemies do 0 DPS. Use whichever runes you want, but Runes of the Privateer will summon an NPC bird that you can grant might to via Phalanx Strength which will give you massive healing amounts with the setup above. There are several other runes that will grant an NPC ally, so pick the one that looks best to you. the "Yaar!" on Privateer runes however count as a shout and if you choose to run Vigorous Shouts over Phalanx Strength will heal you. Works even better with more people/npcs around. If you want to further cheese the healing then go buy a bunch of pet ogre whistles and summon rock dogs. If you are a human then use Hounds of Balthazar for 2 more allies to grant might to for even more healing.

Orack.4825
Core warrior is very strong with sustain and decent dmg even in full soldier. Now with bladesworn you get even more sustain and dmg. I'm a solo player and I like resilient build, no point to do ton of dmg if you're death or close to any time something a bit harder cross your way. Core Warrior : http://gw2skills.net/editor/?PKABk6dflZwoYXsJWJOSPrJXA-zRQYS8ogLjArqISV1mlfnBA-e Mace & Shield are here only when you need to break defiance bar. You gonna have 25might, perma fury, and good amount of stability. Extremely easy to play : - Never use signet - use : "for great justice" + "cyclone axe" + "dual strike followed immediately by "whirling axe" + F1 off CD. Replace Tactic for Bladesworn if you like it 1-2-2 and it's do the job as well. They're not top tier dps build, but very efficient solo build. Hope it will help you, warrior is fun to play :) Edited March 5, 2022 by Aznarb.6347
