Chaos Vortex is bugged?

Hi guys. 

I've noticed this for a long time, now this is getting annoying anymore. 

I play with condi staff/axe-torch in WvW mostly. When I cast ambush attack to a npc or player on the wall. Ambush still obstructed all the time %100. It wont go up to wall. Also chaos vortex wont proc to target who moves even if its range. Miss all the time. But staff autoattack is working perfectly. 

Are you aware of that problem.

Yup. Tons of Mesmer bugs in WvW.

Been reported hundreds of times, nothing ever happens.

I know what you're talking about, yes, staff ambush doesn't reach players on walls. 

It's also obstructed on oil i think, and scepter 3rd chain attack doesn't create a clone on oil. 

 

It's annoying but we can't do anything about it.

Working as intended because it doesnt benefit mesmers.

Haha, I guess. We'd be able to do stuff if it worked. 😜 Also, Virtuoso blade rain doesn't work on Oil either, the entire cast time is obstructed. Every other class can damage the oil with their aoe. Not us!
