The Echovald Wilds has numerous event (chains) not starting

I've been hunting the EoD achievements quite heavily this week and I hit a brick wall in the Echovald Wilds due to a number of event chains not starting

 

- The tengu archery contest (and the following events) is missing in action. Multiple maps, multiple days and it wouldn't start a single time

- Igne Mossheart event chain is not starting anywhere. The 3rd NPC never joins the 2 standing next to the Temple of the Dredge

- The event  "Drive the wallows out of the Altrumm Mines"  at Altrumm Mines won't start anywhere. This makes "Head's Up!" achievement impossible to complete because the Amber Elemental associated with that achievement is in the final event of that chain

Up, I can confirm these 3 event never start, please at least aknowledge the existence of these bugs, they're the last achies I need from Echovald.
