New Runes for the EoD-Elite-Specs?

I have been searching for new runes of e.g. Mechanist, but they were not released I think.

 

Does anybody know when there will be new runes available?

I doubt we will see them, but if we do it may be around the summer profession balance.   Which is a shame, as more rune sets are always a welcome addition.

They might release some new runes with the Summer balance patch that was already announced. But this is assuming they even want to do so: maybe they believe there are enough rune combos for now or something. It would indeed be nice to have new runes especially for the few new skill types we have, or better synergy with skill types that new specs have but don't keep their usage from another class, e.g a rune that synergizes with necro's elixir usage or helps Catalyst with its specific energy mechanic. Let's hope they do it or at least tell us they won't do it, because otherwise I wouldn't put my hopes up for a detailed announcement.

that would buff engi, that would be broken. and that would mean a ele nerf.
