Can we get a rework to Auto-Proc traits?

Two of the top meta builds right now (Harbinger and Willbender) are using auto-proc traits (Dark Defiance and Wrath of Defiance). Would be nice if we could so those reworked. Feels bad to be killed because you were prema-immobilized.

Wrath of Justice procs only if you get hit by Rushing Justice(F1) so it's not really a auto proc, it's more adding onto  F1 kinda like Justice is Blind(blind and light aura on F1). Dark Defiance though is totally a auto proc, time to slap a 300s icd on it lol and probably remove the 20% condition damage reduction and throw resolution on it instead.

True, it's not technically an auto-proc, but it feels just as bad.

Getting locked in general will make anyone feel bad no matter the skill its attached to(people hate CC). It's Just as bad as being immob'd by a Ancient Seeds druid because someone else hit you with a 1s daze, or eating entangle in general.

It would be way better to wholesale replace traits with a more flexible, resource-driven, scaling system based around utilities and profession mechanics.

Needs to be done. Especially in WvW.
