Why doesn't Full Counter strip boons?

And has it ever done so?

I would have thought this would be a no-brainer:

1 bar=1 boon stripped, 2 bars=2 boons stripped.

 

Am I missing something?

Is this considered too "OP" for an elite specialisation that is built around the idea of stripping boons?

No wonder I never see it if it has to get past stab :E

So as many have said before. 

Remove the cheesy daze from FC, give back it's damage, increase evade frame by 1/4 sec and well, your idea of stripping based off of Adrenaline can easily work. 

Then you can have Revenge Counter grant a genuine dmg increase, whilst also transfering 2 conditions in Comp, not copy and have it apply 2 sec of Resi and Reso baseline. 

Here, Spellbreaker is back on the menu and rdy to kick the kitten of EoD specs. 

Don't let me get started with the 3 Berserker changes that would make it a hunter-killer.
