In the first TWO instances, there's an unskippable cutscene to start, but at the end there is quite literally 3 minutes of dialogue that you cannot speed up or skip in any way. I'd like to suggest either cutting down on the exposition (good writing shows rather than tells), or if that's entirely off the table, introduce a "skip dialogue" option.
