is Sigil of Energy acting differently for you all since last patch?

I noticed that it no longer restores 50% endurance in any game mode, including PvE. I noticed Staff is also a little buggy since last patch as well

It does for me, in pve and wvw at least. Remember, it only triggers if you switch to the energy sigill mid-combat.

 

Not experiencing any bug with staff either, do you have any specific details? Any specific skill?

Only thing I’ll add, which might not be the case since detail has been vague, is that dismounting in combat (either through pouncing on pve mob or wvw player and/or being hit while still on mount) will trigger any weapon swaps in the dismount animation. So if 5s later into said fight you weapon swap, the sigils will already be on cooldown and have no effect.

I have had it return less than half.

 

I have had it do nothing on weapon swap in combat, when it shouldnt been on cooldown since there was no prior weapon swap in the SPvP match ( so no mount bug since no mounts in SPvP)

in Spvp it only gives 25% endurance
