Came back after a year. What's the most OP class to play now? (PvE)

For meta classes its most important to stay relevant due to some unique class Boons/utilities. 

 

Aegis, stability, resolution, resistance, superspeed, barrier, teleport rezzing, breakbar CC, boon corruption, reflect and stealth are all utilities that only a few professions can provide. Depending on the type of content some classes are bound to stay relevant for a long time. Aslong as the dps/heal/alac& quick uptime isn't totally miserable, you should be fine with a profession that is able to provide some of those unique buffs/ class mechanics (ofc it also depends on the usefullness of the abilities in specific game modes).
