Any point in celestial/ritualist Renegade if I already have Alac Specter?

Revenant's aesthetics have that intriguing flavor to them, thus I have been considering if going for that build has any merit. Where would it locate in the difficulty spectrum? Does it provide any interesting benefits, beyond just alacrity+dps? And finally, is it genuinely enjoyable gameplay-wise?

Beside alacrity and DPS strong sides are: cc, cleave, strips, around 10 -15 stacks of might, lot  of firefields itself if warrior or ranger in party, can take jalis for omegastab, can take ventary for very long duration moving bubble on boneskinner, HT, fracs when needed. Not that hard to play but harder then mech. Also alac uptime does not depend if you attacking or not good for fracs or raid
