Strange... Have you provided them with the Game Key, approximate date of purchase or activation (if you have), normal login places, names of your characters, etc to prove you are the rightful owner of the account?

Also, i must ask: why in 2022 are there still people out there that do not use things like 2-steps authentication when it is available? All online games have such a feature and yet you still have some player that get their account hacked because they don't use it.
Amazing...

  1. Remove any viruses and malware on your PC:
    https://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download#pc
    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download

  2. Also, run a scan with Windows' Malicious Software Removal Tool:

  3. Install a decent software firewall in addition (e.g., ZoneAlarm Free Firewall).

  4. Install an antivirus add-on for your browser and configure the browser to not allow third party cookies.

  5. Once your PC is free of malicious software, change all your passwords.

  6. Once that is done, contact the GW2 support from a new e-mail address and provide them with proof of who you are and what happened to your account. Insist that you want it back, explain how you already tried to retrieve it from your original account e-mail, but were denied help.
