Agreed. Might be a bit too strong, but as a condizerker enjoyer, I'm ok with that 😁

 

On a more serious note, I think it needs to do something more than it currently does. An alternative take:

 

Last Blaze:

Rage skills apply burning AND grant fire aura.

 

This allows you to proc King of Fires more consistently, but requires the use of another Berserker skill to do so, so there are some built-in limits on how much burning you generate. That would still be strong but maybe a bit more balanced.
