Split traits

So since the last update, vindi has exclusive split traits such as:

• Enduring Recovery: Reduced endurance regeneration bonus from 25% to 10% in PvP and WvW when using the vindicator elite specialization.
• Unwavering Avoidance: Reduced vigor duration from 1.5 seconds to 1 second in PvP and 3 seconds to 1 second in WvW when using the vindicator elite specialization.
  
  Meanwhile mirage is dogshit since one dodge was remove but w/e.
  
  Since the cat is out of the bag don't forget to unnerf:
  - Critical infusion, splitting it on mirage if you think is necessary.
  - Evasive Mirror, splitting it on mirage if you think is necessary.
  - Power Block, splitting it on mirage if you think is necessary.
  - Chaotic Interruption, splitting it on mirage if you think is necessary.
  
  In a nutshell: Everything that was nerfed based on mirage dodge.
