Did Charr have magic before the titans?

So the Titans gave the Charr access to Burning Cauldrons but the Lore says that the Gods gave all races magic, so is Charr magic all titan based or they had ordinary magic before that and all the titans did was give them Searing Cauldrons?

The Titans only gave the charr the Cauldron of Cataclysm, and their magic covered the same four schools of magic (and professions) as human society. They also had a shaman caste at the time of discovering the titans, and that appears to have been their spellcaster caste across the four legions.

 

So all evidence would suggest that they did have magic before the titans, it just wasn't good enough to win against humans.
