Movement impairing conditions, in the terminology of this game, is everything that is affecting the speed at which your character can move across the map. Cripple, chill, immobilize, etc.

Slow has no effect on your movement speed, so it is not considered a movement impairing condition.

So movement skills and dodge don't count, only walk/run? Lame.

On a separate note - Two-handed Training doesn't affect Staff, Hammer, Harpoon ☹️.

Oh well. Thanks for the info.

2H training won't affect things like Staff as it already has its own CD reducing trait.

Much like everything else its a holdover from times where GS was our only 2H weapon--well land weapon; it probably should affect Harpoon but I imagine that's so low on the priority list it gets ignored entirely.

It would be cool and distinctive for ranger to have a more generic traits thou, with the appropriate previous balancing of course. Like 2h training impacting all 2 hand melee weapons and having traits to impact all projectiles, etc...

It would make the ranger to get back some build variety at least for while.
