Afaik it is checked by minutes in the conquest mode and they probably kept it similar here - not implementing a different system. Then gain. "fun" season. Who cares about rating in 2 vs. 2? Lol. This is to try new/fun and weird builds. To play around a bit. Edit: I had a computer crash in a match yesterday before the beginning of the first round though ... could not re-join quickly enough. It counted as "defeat" in the list of previous matches. (Not as desertion.) Then again ... last round had been finished in 18 seconds according to the list/stats. But with the time in between (resetting to the spawn and waiting 10 minutes) ... the whole thing should at least have taken more than 1 minutes (with me being disconnected). A shorter timer might make sense there maybe? Since it can end much faster if the remaining player just decides to surrender.
