Mantras are resetting to uncharged state after entering and leaving water.

After entering and leaving water, mantras are reverting to their uncharged state, no matter how many charges they had left. This happens when needing to use different skills for terrestrial or aquatic combat.

This is especially problematic in PvP and WVW when fighting near any water body. Dip your toe in just for a split second to evade an attack, and you lose your charges.

this is normal, and happens with other skills with multiple states, such as necro minions/ranger spirits/engi turrets and kits (for the ones that work underwater). you need to have the same skill in the same slot in order for it to keep charges/keep minions alive/keep the same state.
