(Audio) Dynamics Racing Skiff Sound Does Not Mute

I'm dyeing the skiff for a number of alts and have noticed that when the new skiff is anchored and I click to my other monitor, while the rest of the game mutes as usual the skiff engine pulse remains audible.

Observed in Thousand Seas Pavilion, on female asura berserker and male human daredevil.  Tested in Lost Precipice guild hall and in Kessex with the daredevil, the engine pulse continued to sound while I was on my other monitor.  All other sounds muted, only that one persisted.  It only seems to happen while anchored.

It's not too bothersome at the moment, but could be annoying if I needed to answer a phone call or watch a short video.
