Mech not properly copying boons from shift signet [Merged]

Since the recent patch my Mech pet is unable to receive the correct duration of boons that are applied to myself (Engi). Not sure if every boon is affected but Alacrity is, which is why I noticed the bug in the first place (F1-F3 white numbers instead of green). I didn't change anything and I have shift signet equipped and not on cooldown. This bug appears to be somewhat rare and not everyone is affected. I can provide video evidence. So apparently the reason for this is that they repeated an old mistake/bug where the copied boons use your own BD instead of the BD of the actual source (usually healer/boondps). With 0% BD the boons last only a fraction but that should mean everyone is affected?

Noticed that my mech HP did not change when using the Birthday Cake Feast, double checked and none of the Jade Mech's stats were changed. Other foods/feasts appear to work as intended.

Update: This bug now exists for two weeks. You love to see no bugfixes for a class that got no changes to begin with.
