superior rune of the trapper

Can anet please do something about this broken rune ? why there is no proc cd ? i faced a daredevil and a hunter  and they keeps going invis , the amount of invisibility it gives is a bit high , plus the superspeed  , he just keep bursting or doting and reseting and i couldn't even cast a spell on him , not to mention the other invis skills he have , make it at least a 5 second proc time with two second of invis , there would be at least some counterplay to that , some runes are just game changing for classes , doesn't matter what talents you pick or elite spec you choose , one rune can make a whole class overpowered , and that is not okay , i know some people will say just pick some revealing traits , but alot of classes don't have that , and so if i face a thief without a class that have reveal i lose i guess.

This rune has been a sick joke since it's implementation and Anet shows no sign at caring, apparently they like stealth on classes like DH that have no business stealthing.

They are going to rework runes with the upcoming "mini" expansion.

I really hope there will not be a Relic of the Trapper.
