Speculating about the new maps.

This post is just to have some fun speculating where the new map would be, also some wishful thinking.

First of all, unlike many of previous expansions theres no noticeable change in the maps, even with the wizard tower now is gone ni the scenary...

I checked the current game map is the same and the surroundings.

Anyway i speculate that new maps will be a updated version of some these large surroundings already "squared" due to too many neighbor square maps.

(checking in that shaman site, theses areas already existed in gw1.)

a question? In that map i marked that island(A) what exist in there?

when i loged theres a yellow point of guild mate there, i didn't remember of this zone being acessible.

(EDIT: (A) is mystlock sanctuary mechanical "anchor") ;

A return do LS3 model of multi-region would be welcome, in terms of map variety is the less boring of LWS's. perhaps one day we visite the "greater north".

That's the Domain of Winds where the Tengu live. I think it's very unlikely the new expansion will take place there or they would have mentioned the tengu.

I think that's actually more likely. I have no idea if it will include that specific area but it sounds like at least part of the expansion is going to take place in The Mists and otherwise there's no specific region mentioned and instead a threat which apparently affects all of Tyria so it sounds like we might get new maps in different locations instead of clustered in one area.
