Didn't Anet babble on how there was too much block for mesmers? So they removed F5 Block.... but now nerfed the Relic to be a diminishing return.... How about... does the block heal reset after 5 seconds or does it remain at 1% until you do not block for 5 seconds? How About Stun Duration for the "RELIC OF THE CITADEL "? Like seriously..... you guys go on vacation till the last 3 days needed to build this crap? Then buy redbulls to stay awake and do an incredibly shoddy job? We need F'ing information to make reliable choices on our very limited supply of relics. This is what happens when you hire people who get their coding degrees from highly suspect online universities. (My opinion of course ". I am looking online but there is nothing to help.
