It is using a PvE Damagecoeff of x(2.2) inside of PvP. This screws the balancing bigtime. You can hit people for 15k+ and straightup oneshot them. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Maul_(soulbeast_porcine) Please look into this asap. People are VERY upset. Spoiler its not bugged, you guys just never applied the feb2020 damagenerf, and its also not Damagesplit between PvE and competetive modes, resulting in CRAZY damage.
