What relic for condi harbinger build? I'm stumped

Anyone know what relic your supposed to equip of the ones you get when you login? I saw akeem on web but that seems unlikely without a first relic to get you there?

You can get the expansion relics from the Heroics Notary in WvW, no combat or exploration required.  Though you'll need to have done WvW to get them...  As far as base relic goes, Aristocracy is decent, as is Mirage for Harbingers.

I ended up going with aristocracy, even though I'm already maxed out on my condition durations for torment, it boosted bleed and poison. Mirage seem to have minimal use since you don't really dodge that often, at least not often enough to matter.

Wish it had something like torment runes had previously.  Now I need something to boost my survivability and it didn't look like any of the new runes would do that.

 

On the upside, thief relic on my reaper was a pretty big boost in strength. Now it's an open world build doing 20k dps comfortably.
