It's time to admit the Scrapper Quickness changes were a mistake. Here are some solutions for how to fix it.

Personally I don't see the problem, as someone who has run a five kit build from launch.

I do not want to be forced into running Gyros to give quickness. Full stop. I'll go back to Core if it gets changed back to Gyros.

That people seem to have a problem granting quickness is weird as hell to me, I have 100% boon uptime on a Celestial set, run five kits and can do all the blast/leap finishers I need.

If it's unpopular, er...so what? Just means the problem are the players not the Scrapper?
