RisenHowl.2419 Posted November 10, 2023 Share Posted November 10, 2023 More of an annoyance than anything, but when the effect triggers at 10 stacks with the new nourys relic it changes where your utility skills are on the bar for the 2nd legend. So you swap legends and the 7 and 8 skills are changed around. Seems to trigger at random and can trigger while you're in combat which is awful.
