Is amalgamated kryptis essence "safe" to craft?

Going for the open world legendary armor, my bank is overflowing with essence and want to know if amalgamated kryptis essence is "safe" to craft for the armor, so I can regain some bank space back, or will the armor require the "raw" essence?

If you already have the "precursor" sets for the collection you can safely make 72 amalgamated essences, as each piece of legendary armour requires 12.

If you still haven't unlocked the Astral Ward and Oneiros-Spun armour you can also craft another 12 as these need a purified essence for each piece as well.

So in total you will need at least 84, maybe more if a third armour set is required.
