I have a few friends that jumped in to gw2 recently and personally I'd rather use steam to buy them if I'm given codes. I'd like to buy 2 of the dragon saga packs and hand them out to my buds. If your friend want it on their steam you have to gift them the game if possible through steam or send money and they buy on their account.
