mOssinPL.9167 Posted February 28 Share Posted February 28 Hello, I have a pretty unusual question to ask, which is - do deaths from self-damage abilities (the one from lava, for example, when you got this whole "You hit yourself..." in the combat log) count as a player kill anyhow? Danikat.8537 Posted February 28 Share Posted February 28 I think it depends on what exactly you're trying to do. I once won a Southsun Survival match by suicide because I was the only person there, so when I died it ended, but I didn't get any points for kills or for being the final survivor. Dying to environmental damage or damage you can do to yourself definitely progresses the /deaths count, but I don't think it would count for achievements that require you to kill enemies or players.
