Fix Firebrand, Mesmer and Thief to be on Par with Ele Bullets

ANet, Please fix the mechanics on Firebrand, Mesmer and Thief so that their skills (tomes, clones/daggers/ initiative) can be tracked in the highly superior buff bar location, to be on par with Ele pistol bullets. The bullets were obviously well thought out with how to track them over the already existing mechanics those other classes use. This would help improve QoL for FBs, Mes, and Thiefs to be able to track their class mechanics better.

Hey, why stop there? Shroud and shroudlike mechanics like holosmith heat could be an icon on the buff bar that shows the percentage. Warrior adrenaline and revenant energy too. Deadeye malice can be a second buff bar indicator. Have I missed anything? The buff bar is just so empty all the time, we should make more use of that screen real estate and save space elsewhere!

Seriously, though, having pips over the health globe or the left side of the bar as a clear visual indicator of what bullets you have would go a long way.

At this point they should just admit the bullets are poorly thought out and make the improved bullet effects merged and become baseline with the normal attacks. Yes it will be plain and simple, but not everything needs a gimmick. Especially the class that's already bloated with gimmicks.

I don't recall Guardian pistols even have any gimmicks, it's just straightforward "shoot to burn stuff". And yet unsurprisingly, they turn out to be the best of the new weapons.

Guardian pistol has two gimmicks - the symbol interaction (problematic because it pretty much requires you to remain in melee to get the full benefit despite pistol being supposed to be a ranged option) and the terrible way skill 5 is designed (most 'press again to detonate a moving projectile' skills were removed years ago FOR A REASON, and having it be a chargup skill as well makes it even worse). However, being stuck in melee isn't really a significant change for instanced content guardian DPS builds, and MH pistol is probably overperforming in those conditions. The gimmicks also don't hugely increase the complexity: the gimmick on the symbol can be handled by treating pistol like a melee weapon, and the skill 5 gimmick can by bypassed by double-tapping it so it fires the charge level 1 version of the skill.
