anatarion.1542
I appreciate the need for regular updates to the game, but it's beginning to wear me down. Seems like every three days I log on to play but hit an update wall that keeps me away, often for hours at a time. I don't understand why it takes so long, with such frequency. Logged on just now, Sunday 11:50am EST, and am again stuck waiting for over 700,000 files to be uploaded. Enough. 2

Enough. sounds like you have installed gw2 in your temporary download folder that get purged from time to time. Download installer move it to for example c:\Games\ Then click the installer it will pack itself up (aka install) were it happen to be located.
