Harb still gets Squished Way Too Easily

Harb still gets shredded if caught in the crossfires in teamfights. In duels its actually alright but can't handle any extensive pressure still. I'd recommend a few small but significant changes:

1. Increase Alchemic Heal from 13 to 25 per stack of Blight baseline. This would be the biggest Harb buff and would help out a lot.

2. Increase Implacable Foe damage reduction duration from 2 seconds to 2 1/2 seconds. This small extra 1/2 second of time could be the difference between life and death.

3. Increase Bolstering Brew duration from 2 1/2 seconds to 3 seconds. Add a 1 second duration of regen to give it slightly more incentive. This would make vials more alluring as right now only the heal and elite vials are worth mentioning.

4. Wurm Casting time should come down from 1 1/2 seconds to 1 second. Elixir of Ignorance should have the cast time come down from 1/2 to 1/4. This would allow reactivity to stun breaks with the elixir to feel more rewarding and fair, and would let people using the wurm have less of an opening for stuns and cc's while still having a big enough window to interrupt.

5. Parasitic Contagion doesn't feel like it's doing too much to help out with sustain for Harb. I'd recommend upping the percentage from 10% to 12%
