The nanosecond you buff Power Berserker everyone and their mother are gonna burn this forum down again. The devs seem content with keeping their foot on pBerserkers throats, so you are all safe for now. Be very happy that you have Spellbreakers in it’s current iteration to contend with, because what warrior used to have brought nightmares to every Spvp players dreams.

Naa, warrior with staff was finally getting to play. It was strong. Not the strongest build but strong none the less. However when warrior get to play with anything besides a broken spoon the forums burn down. Guardian got one nerf after being buffed for like 7-8 patches in a row.

Something is wrong, Anet didn’t nuke spellbreaker or core warrior for staffs performance. *Sweating profusely* Whats the catch? When is the other coin gonna drop?

I dont think its a lack of vision. This looks more like outright disinterest from the devs to take a deep dive in warrior and its issues. Such is life.

Boon rip across the board isnt welcome right now. The only way to beat someone with boons is to have more boons.

We all wish for it, but for now we just free ball it.

Nah, at this point the fallback after spellbreaker, staff and some core traits are getting nerfed is gonna be Defense Condi Berserker again. The only builds that warriors have are the ones abuse hyper specific parts of their kit and stack defenses. Akeem skullgrinder combo being an example. Power warrior builds in any iteration except spellbreaker does not survive in PvP. Blinds, weakness and aegis is so common and spammable that and burst you try to land for instant power damage gets negated a good 80% of the time.

It’s going to happen, staff, spellbreaker and probably core warrior traits are getting gutted next patch. This always happens when hyper specific parts of professions are overturned. Core always gets nuked. Mark my words.

Oh warrior can access that kind of damage, the difference is that they have to sacrifice EVERY defensive option. And in the current meta, defenses are mandatory.

Wouldnt know about beating it though, in my experience it’s pretty 50/50 and depends on who messes up a rotation first.

Right?! God, neither of them are fun to fight. We are going back to the bunker meta at Mach 5. Think I’ve seen two of them go into an eternal stalemate. It’s a terrible shame you can’t really play any other warrior build without it being considered griefing. Wish they could make any other power gameplay in PvP viable and not instantly get removed via blind, weakness and mass aegis spam.

That ship has come and gone. My sorrow is immeasurable and by day is ruined at this reminder.
