Revert Scorched Earth Target Cap Back to 5

As someone playing on the highest level of wvw zerging, scorched earth feels terrible against good zergs when they stack really tight and have good movement. The target cap of 3 is literally  doing nothing when they are stacked tightly. When comparing holosmith to berserker, holosmith is just far superior because of its insanely good sustained dps uptime whereas berserker is short burst dps and it sucks when you miss because you are blinded or you hit pets/enemies that just got into downstate and do 0 damage. And it is so easy to step out of scorched earth hitbox like why even nerf it?

You cant buff it back since everyone complain about it again. Its the circle of life for warrior mains in any competitive content.

When using Scorched earth against large zergs you get big numbers yes, but these numbers are inflated due to that hit cap and the multiple fire fields and rarely lead to any actual kills.

But hey, everyone sees you getting big numbers and they are mad because they cant get big number like that, despite that they might have MUCH higher kill pressure comparatively.

Yup.

Fighting harbringers feels like fighting an immortal? Doesn't matter. Willbenders unable to be stopped in their burst and can escape easily right after? That's okay. Condi mesmer ridiculous in 1v1? It's fine. Some mesmer builds spending half the fight invulnerable to everything? Who cares.

Warrior does big damage in this one particular circumstance? The complaints start coming in like a mudslide, Anet scrambling to nerf it.

Obviously, we're talking into the wind. No one really cares about warrior besides warrior mains.
