Revenant Downstate rework suggestions

Revenant has one of the worst if not THE WORST downstate in the whole game due solely to the arcing of the Mist globe they throw. This causes awkward terrain displacements and doodad collision to totally absorb the entire globe as if it is Obstructed and you suddenly can't even Fight to survive anymore. 

They also have a rather bad 2 and 3 skills which actually don't make sense to have a skill that deals damage on enemies nearer to you while the other pushes away. I have some suggestions that improve and make Revenant downstate more fun, let me know your thoughts. 

Suggestions

Essence Sap: 

- Channeled skill

- Does instances of damage per tick to the target if you have Line of Sight

- Inflicts Chill per instance of damage 

 

Vengeful Blast > Vengeful Assault 

Turn into a vengeful incorporeal form that viciously assaults your target.

- Shadowsteps rapidly around the target, striking them with increasingly more damage per strike. (up to 10 strikes) 

- If you kill the target, you Rally anyway

- If the target is a player and you down them, you gain an additional 50% revive meter after restoring your form

- If you fail to down or kill the target, you are instantly defeated.

switching from Warrior to Revenant, Rev downstate skills are so bad it doesn't make any difference if you use them or not.

Downstate skill #1 being a projectile that gets blocked by mobs, preventing you to finish off some mob in the backline, is the worst offender.

Imo downstate 1 2 4 5 are all fine on rev.

3 is useless since it has a long a$$ cast-time and does the same damage as skill 1.  They could it like that, if it could like port to a location or ally after casting it, doing the blast there or something.
But right now, its useless
