No real rotation it's a meme open world build that burns through trash mobs.  As long as everything on cooldown and your spamming dodge stuff dies.  Ideally you would ambush least twice on spear then swap great sword to enjoy the damage buff for 20 seconds.  Not sure if this upload will work not used to doing vids but see if this shows.  Should be live link for 2 days.  Can see the spear cleave on dragons end elder trials area.  https://streamable.com/n9k7lu
