Can't Craft Journeyman Decorations

Hi there, chiming in - I just experienced this bug right now while training the homesteading mastery from Initiate to Apprentice handiworker. Skill rating is stuck at 149/150. Can confirm this is occuring after the September 10th game update. Here's hoping this lends to a speedy fix!

Just logged in, got a message that my Handiworker level had increased and there were new items to craft.  I can confirm, after visiting my homestead, that I can now craft Journeyman Decorations.
