I haven't seen any new items on this merchant for a while - just wondering if more stuff is on its way or whether this has been dropped in favour of astral acclaim these days...

The new blc exlusives tab is where you'll keep finding "new" items. Except those new items are the exact same exclusives that rotate out of bl chests.

Don't use up statuettes just because you have them.

They're hard to come by, save them for when you see something you actually like and not just something that looks okay.

Meanwhile I take the opposite approach, there's never really anything all that special to me so I just get a wardrobe unlock every time I can afford one and roll the dice, in the time honored black lion tradition . . .

They'll have something 'new' every few months, I believe.  Also keep in mind that stuff you've unlocked from there won't be on the list.  So if you got something from the chest before it gets moved to the merchant, it won't appear there for you.

Still waiting for that town clothes outfit tab in the statuette vendor. They just forgot about them entirely. That and make them separate pieces again to gives us back casual fashion.
